How to use

Dry tawa or pan, medium heat, 30 to 40 seconds a side. Ragi is already dark, so go by feel rather than colour.

How long does it stay fresh?

Four weeks from the day it is made, sealed, and the date is printed on every pack. It is nitrogen sealed rather than preserved, so putting it in the fridge stretches it further. Once you open a bag, keep it refrigerated or frozen.

Is everything gluten-free?

Every millet product is naturally gluten-free. Wheat Chapati & Poori is the one exception, because it is made with wheat.

Why is it sold as a case of 6 bags?

We mill and press to order, so shipping in sixes keeps the cost per bag down and means the mill runs on a predictable rhythm.
