How to use

Dry pan, medium heat, 20 to 30 seconds a side until it softens and starts to blister. Straight from the fridge is fine. From frozen, thaw it first or it steams instead of warming.

Breakfast tacos, loaded wraps, quesadillas. It holds a wet filling without splitting, so it takes more than a corn tortilla will.

How long does it stay fresh?

Four weeks from the day it is made, sealed, and the date is printed on every pack. It is nitrogen sealed rather than preserved, so putting it in the fridge stretches it further. Once you open a bag, keep it refrigerated or frozen.

Is everything gluten-free?

Every millet product is naturally gluten-free. Wheat Chapati & Poori is the one exception, because it is made with wheat.

Why is it sold as a case of 6 bags?

We mill and press to order, so shipping in sixes keeps the cost per bag down and means the mill runs on a predictable rhythm.
